Before embarking on his journey as a Realtor®, Todd Kroupa dedicated 23 years of his life to serving the community as a Firefighter Captain and Paramedic. This profession ingrained in him a profound sense of duty, resilience, and an acute ability to navigate high-pressure situations—attributes that seamlessly transitioned into his real estate career. Initially, real estate was a part-time endeavor while he was still engaged as a Firefighter/Paramedic. However, the dynamic nature of the field, coupled with the opportunity to make a tangible difference in people's lives, resonated with his core values and professional aspirations. After retiring from his firefighting career, it wasn't long before his part-time venture evolved into a full-time commitment. The interpersonal skills, problem-solving aptitude, and community-oriented mindset fostered during his previous career have become indispensable assets, enabling him to provide an exemplary level of service and guidance to his clients in their property endeavors. Transitioning into real estate felt like a natural progression where he could continue to serve individuals and families, in a different capacity by helping them to secure one of life's most fundamental necessities and investments - a home.

Todd Kroupa was born and raised in South Florida. Together with his wife Abi, they ventured into the real estate industry in the early 2000s, eventually establishing and managing an office in Wellington, Florida. Initially, it was just the duo, but with perseverance and effort, their business flourished, growing to encompass over 300 real estate agents. Following the birth of their two daughters, the allure of a more family-oriented environment to nurture their growing family became apparent. This aspiration led them to sell their office in 2015 and commence a new chapter of their lives in Alpharetta. The rich experience garnered from owning an office, coupled with their extensive experience in the real estate industry, endowed them with a unique understanding of real estate dynamics. They now leverage those insights to successfully navigate the fast-growing and ever-changing real estate market of Alpharetta, Milton, Canton, and North Metro Atlanta communities.
