DRB Group Georgia LLC, an affiliate of DRB Homes, has expanded its footprint with the acquisition of a 35-acre property in west Alpharetta. The land, located along Charlotte Drive near Rucker Road and adjacent to the Crabapple community in Milton, was purchased for approximately $11.3 million on March 14, 2025.
Traditionally, DRB Homes has focused on developing single-family homes and townhomes in South Atlanta areas such as Hampton, McDonough, and Fairburn. Their portfolio includes a variety of home styles, with single-family homes and townhomes ranging from 1,727 to 2,845 square feet, featuring 3 to 5 bedrooms and 2 to 4.5 bathrooms.
While specific plans for the newly acquired Alpharetta property have not been disclosed, this strategic move indicates DRB Homes’ intent to enter the North Fulton market. The Alpharetta area has experienced steady home price increases (5.4% form this time last year), reflecting a continued demand for housing.
This acquisition positions DRB Homes to contribute to Alpharetta’s residential landscape, potentially offering a range of housing options that align with the company’s established portfolio.
